    It would be better if he had used the standard military phonetic alphabet (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NATO_phonetic_alphabet) instead of his own. Charlie-Sierra-Xray.

    Though it might be fun to create a Worcester version.

      I think he was trying to explain what CSX stands for (the “C” is for Chessie, the “S” is for Seaboard, the “X” is for the multiplication symbol), but it’s not obvious unless you’re a train fanatic (and I think “X” for “eXtra awesome!” would have summed up the tone of this petition).
