Upland Thump

Because the most exciting thing this blog has going for it is hydrant repairs:

It’s a great start on repairing Upland St. after replacing the hydrant, but this depression needs another inch of asphalt.  My teeth clattered while going over this short stretch of road recently.

I’m assuming the weather has not been the best for continued work, and that the patch will be completed more quickly than Belmont Street.

    They are waiting for hot mix to be put on that. First they put in base and then they put in top. Top is finer than base and bonds a lot better than base.
