Random Thoughts, 11/5

I used to think Albert Southwick was really boring.  I don’t know if this is a sign of my finally becoming an adult, but I find myself scanning the Opinion page on the Telegram webiste, wondering when I’ll see a new Southwick column.  I really enjoyed the new one today, as always.  He is such a treasure.  (It also reminded me that I need to see A Soldier’s Story again.)

I kept thinking that Joe O’Brien reminded me of someone.  And then my husband said that he reminded him  a lot of Timothy Hutton.  I’ve never seen O’Brien in person, but that sounds about right.
