Passing this along…
Moody Independent is seeking volunteer non-union extras, as well as volunteer production assistants for their upcoming movie, “Orchard House.”
The film, a modern take on the classic “Little Women,” will be directed by John Stimpson, and will shoot in Worcester, MA from July 26 -August 15th.
Regarding extras, producers are looking for children to play trick-or-treaters, Halloween party goers in their twenties and thirties, bar/theatre patrons, 20s – 50s, and coffee shop patrons.
If interested in being an extra or a production assistant, please e-mail them. Please write your name, “extra,” and age range in the subject line if interested in being an extra, and attach a recent photo of yourself. If interested in being a production assistant, please put your name and “production assistant” in the subject line.
Note: Moody produced Sexting in Suburbia, which had a few scenes filmed at Hope Cemetery. The cemetery looked great in that movie, and I had the most embarrassing moment of my career as a cemetery commissioner when I had to explain the plot to other commissioners.
